Bring photo ID, Social Security card(s), your 3 most recent paycheck stubs, proof of any other income, and proof of address. The mobile assistance unit will be parked at the Ennis CARES Shower Outreach, 206 S Dallas St, Ennis, TX 75119 (the old fire station). If the mobile unit is not onsite, staff will be inside the Shower Outreach to assist you.
